Visa requirements / Letter of invitation

Participants are advised to check Visa requirements at the nearest Swedish embassy or consulate. Information on visas and addresses of Swedish embassies is available on the web site of the Government Offices of Sweden www.sweden.gov.se

If you require a letter of invitation to obtain Visa please contact WFAD2008.registration@congrex.com. Letters of invitation will only be sent after received payment of registration fee. If visa will not be granted the registration fee will be reimbursed after the event.

Since it can take time to get a visa processed, we advise anyone who needs one to apply for it as soon as possible.
