Grants to lower income economies
World Forum Against Drugs has gained significant attention world wide and applications for grants has well exceeded our expectations. We have acknowledged as many applications as our budget allow us, but we have been unable to meet all applications for financial support to come for the conference.
We have closed the opportunity to apply for grants.
World Forum Against Drugs are very glad to announce that due to unexpected but welcome donations we now can offer grants to people from organisations coming from countries listed as lower, lower-middle income economies in the world and also some upper-middle income economies in Europe and the Caucasus region according the
World bank list of economies.
Grant for Countries outside Europe and parts of the Caucasus
The grant consists of 8500 SEK (approx. 900 Euro), included waived conference fee and 6000 SEK to be reimbursed. To be eligible for grant your organisation must principally be operating in a country listed as low OR low-middle income economy it the World Bank list of economies AND stay for the whole conference.
Grant for Countries inside Europe and parts of the Caucasus
The grant consists of 5500 SEK (approx. 580 Euro), included waived conference fee and 3000 SEK to be reimbursed. To be eligible for grant your organisation must principally be operating in a European OR Caucasian country listed as upper-middle income economy it the World Bank list of economies AND stay for the whole conference.
Delegates coming to the conference with help of this grant are expected to present a short report to the organising committee of World Forum Against Drugs on how this have helped them and their organising in the world against drug abuse and drug trafficking.
We do not accept more than two applicants per organisation.
